?Got my hair cut?

OK... I know this doesn't really look like me??? Or does it???? The front is about the same, but then she cut the back shorter... I actually really like it...I need to straighten it a bit....

On Wednesday Madison had a flute recital... or concert or whatever you would call it... she was proud I think... I can't tell if she like the attention or not...?

Joe and Isaac were working on pine box derby car.... they got the kit and made it...Isaac had lots of fun...working with his dad..

Here is my Son, at his new job in west Seattle... we had a nice lunch and I got to see his new office he shares with a friend of his...

UD Farmers Market

Madison doing a craft she got for her birthday, painting stained glass on a vase/jar? It look really cool though...

This is kindof out of order, but this afternoon we met up with Joey, Linda's brother and we were looking at houses in Ballard. Driving around Ballard was beautiful and it is alway fun looking at houses...

We went to Victors in Capitol hill and this gentleman made us some special mocha's and we had a delicious pinapple coffee cake to go with our beautiful mocha.... we meet up with Natalie and Joey here and visited for about an hour.. good times.

This is the Farmers Market in the University District.... It was very nice, it had lots of great food, raw cheeses, free range meats and lots of fresh veggies and fruits... Very Beautiful day sun shining good friend great food...!!

Did I forget to mention Beautiful Flowers...

Then Friday night Linda and I ran down to Macy's and they had there one day sale going on and we both got new shoes, I got some nice brown shoes for bradleys wedding for less that $20 regularly they were $100 WOW I never find sales like that..... they we found baby clothes for really cheap and by really cheap I mean 2.50 for some and 4 dollars for some really cute things.... A great bargin evening!!!

A great weekend already and tomorrow I get my hair cut finally, at 11am, and I am hoping bradley will meet me for lunch when I am done... That would make my weekend complete.

Snow in March???

Can you believe it.....More snow..... I am so done with snow!!!!

Isaac and Madison and I played wii alittle tonight.... I was the bowling champion...the green player right behind my head.

then we played tennis, I was out the first round, and madison and isaac...played for the championship....

I put a few more leaves on my applique..and had some cheese cake... I hope Bradley and Alison like it...I hope it stays together... as a three teir wedding cake...I hope I figure out how to do the chocolate side before I run out of money.... hmmm.....I hope everyone is safe and sound...I miss you all....Love Kim

A Weekend in Redmond

I decided to stay in Redmond today, I needed to do a test run on Bradley and Alison's Wedding Cake...After 2 tries... finally this 6 inch square... and some tasty treats for Linda and I. Well as it turns out it was a long weekend... Friday night it was Isaac's Basketball banquet... Joe Reminds me so much of Dad...as he is the Coach...He is very good with the kids and the parents seem very appreciative...anyway then Saturday morning I went to my Shiatsu appointment and then went down into Capitol Hill and had Breakfast with Brad and Alison. We had a nice breakfast, then I went home and worked on my Applique.... I hope I get done....I have a lot of leaves to do and I am not as fast as all of you... I watched Madison and Isaac on Sat night so Linda and Joe could go to a concert at the new Casino in Snoqualimie...With the Snow.... Can you all believe that more snow in March. I made a yummy breakfast for myself with Asparagus and zuchini onions and tomatoes and guacamole...with eggs... it was delicious.... I am just tired now... I better get some sleep before work tomorrow.... See you all next weekend....Love you all Kim...

I am Back!

Ok, I had trouble finding pictures.... I will have to start taking pictures again. I had a very nice weekend, on Friday night I went to the premeire of "Steam" (an independent film) and it was the coolest old cinima down in Seattle. We got to meet the director and have dinner while watching the movie. Great.
I left early to see my friend Cherie and her family, I hadn't seen in a long time. (I am imbarassed to say) But we will stay in touch.. She and her kids brought me to an area in Oregon with old pubs and wineries and an old hotel with cool paintings on the walls.... I love Art.... The Food was great. You all know I just love the kids and her kids are no exception... Mackenzie is so great, he loves theater, has his own style, you have to admire a kid that just doesn't follow the crowd! Ceirra is just as great, she was tired this weekend, but even in this tired state, I could see how she resembles her father, I hope she keeps that with her. We had great visits and even made plans to meet again soon. One should never lose touch with old friends they are definatly the best!!! Gotta run and make dinner...Love you all..Kim.
